Customer Service

Refund - Exchange
We are happy to refund or exchange any item you wish to return within 14 days of purchase, provided the goods are unused and boxed. Simply indicate on your invoice what you are returning, what you wish to order instead and send the package back to us. For a refund or exchange please get touch via the “Contact Us” page. Please remember to ask the post office for a free proof of postage receipt as we regret we are unable to provide refunds for goods that are lost or delayed in the post. Your postage and packaging is non refundable and if you are requesting an exchange you will be charged additional postage.

Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel your order, no problem.  We will be happy to refund you once we receive your product back unused and in its original packaging. Please  e-mail us at the address on the “Contact Us” page. Make sure you provide us with your full name and address and order number so we can find your order on our system.

Delivery & Postage
All orders are dispatched within 7 working days of receipt of order provided it is in stock. Please feel free to contact our customer service via the details on the “Contact US” page.
All goods are sent out via the Post Office and an additional p&p charge will be added to your order. If we need to order part of your selection, we will notify you by e-mail.

Guarantee

The working parts of your product are guaranteed for 12 months from purchase, provided that it has been used solely for domestic purposes, in accordance with the instructions and not otherwise tampered with. Without and original proof of purchase, the guarantee is not valid.

By credit card
Once you have made your selection simply proceed to the checkout and follow the instructions. Our payment section is fully secure so you can rest assured your personal details can only be accessed by us and nobody else. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, JCB, Switch and Solo. Orders sent outside the UK will be converted to the prevailing rates of your bank on the day of purchase.

All items in our catalogue are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%

Your order and payment details are sent to us across a secure connection that ensures the information you enter is encrypted and they cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than ourselves.

Privacy

At Alfille Innovations Limited we fully respect your privacy and at no time will we disclose your details to a third party. The information you provide us is used by us solely to process your order and to communicate with you about products and accessories we think may be of interest to you. If you do not wish us to contact you please let us know and we will remove you from our mailing list.
